Board Will Speak to Resolutions at UBCM
CRD Directors will be speaking to four resolutions at the upcoming Union of BC Municipalities convention in Whistler on Sept. 10-14.
The resolutions cover regional district by-elections in election years, provincial financial support during a state of emergency, amendments to the rural dividend fund process, and parity in hospital district’s capital contributions. Read the resolutions in the Aug. 24 Board agenda.
The Board has also requested meetings with Ministers and ministry staff at UBCM and are awaiting confirmation.
