Each year through Town Hall meetings, CRD Directors and staff meet in all 12 electoral areas and its four member municipalities to seek public consultation before the final budgets and business plans are adopted in March. The meetings are an opportunity for the CRD to seek input and present  the proposed 2010 budgets  to the public.  For your convenience, we have also posted the presentations for each of the meetings here for your review. 

It is important to note that the numbers presented are preliminary.

The input and surveys received from residents at these meetings will be presented to the board for review at the March 5th, 2010 Board of Directors meeting. This year, the final budgets and business plans will be adopted during the CRD's March 26, 2010 Board of Directors meeting.
