 Recently Adopted Bylaws Minimize
4461 - CRD Noise Control Bylaw
Adopted October 30, 2009 - This proposed new bylaw is written to address many of the concerns with regards to barking dog complaints. A high percentage of the noise complaints received by the District are related to barking dogs. The old noise bylaws did not address the issues of barking dogs well; instead these bylaws are much better used for construction noise, loud parties etc.
